Once you place your order, please email me at deleonlacompany@gmail.com with your order number so I can confirm and begin your projects as soon as possible.

Any unfinished projects at the end of your subscription month will remain incomplete unless you continue your subscription. Please keep this in mind as your month is ending if you plan to cancel for the following month.

 Important Information

• No physical product will be delivered.
  (Digital files only, sent via email.)

• Includes unlimited custom characters, created based on your description.

• Wording: 3–4 words maximum (each).

• No background artwork included.

• Artwork delivery formats:

  • PDF

  • PNG

  • AI

• Files will be delivered via WeTransfer.

The turnaround time is 1 business days for the first sketch (holidays & weekends are not included). During this process you are allowed to request unlimited revisions. Once you approve the sketch, I will work on the final vector format in full color. At this point, no further changes can be made, only color changes. This process turnaround time is another 2-3 business days.

Cancellation policy: There will be no refund and no cancellation will be available. If you make the payment, you are automatically entering an agreement between the Artist and yourself.
